United States wireless carrier AT&T is gearing up for the release of a new series of appealing mobile phones on its airwaves, and a leaked roadmap from the company has just unveiled some info on some of these handsets.

The AT&T lineup is expected to be dominated by handsets running under Google's Android operating system, but new BlackBerry phones will also be there, as well as a series of devices based on Microsoft's Windows Phone Mango platform.

When it comes to Android, the mobile phone carrier is expected to launch new phones from Huawei, Motorola, Pantech and Samsung.

The South Korean handset vendor Samsung is expected to be launching the Galaxy S II Attain (i777) and i927 QWERTY slider devices on AT&T's network, the leaked roadmap that emerged over at Pocketnow shows.

Apparently, in addition to the six Android Gingerbread devices listed on the roadmap, AT&T will also launch the HTC Holiday and Samsung i857 “Habrok” smartphones, along with the Xperia PLAY, which was already announced to be on its way to the carrier.

From the BlackBerry series, AT&T will launch the full-touchscreen Torch 9860, as well as the newly unveiled BlackBerry Curve 9360.

In addition to these, the wireless carrier will also launch two Windows Phone Mango devices, the leaked document shows.

One HTC smartphone with Microsoft's new mobile platform will be included in AT&T's roadmap, the Bunyip, and another one will come from Samsung, namely the i937.

It is interesting to note that LG Electronics, which has had smartphones launched on shelves at AT&T with both Android and Windows Phone on board, is not present on the leaked roadmap.

However, chances are that other handsets would also be on their way to AT&T soon, although they are not listed on the leaked document.

No specific release dates for the said handsets emerged until now, though most of them are listed with a fourth-quarter launch time-frame, save from two Samsung Android phones.
