Motorola Mobility has just announced the release of a new Android-based device on the market in Brazil, namely the Motorola i940 with instant Push-To-Talk capabilities.

The new mobile phone was designed to meet the needs of busy, on-the-go people that need to stay connected with friends, family and coworkers.

It sports a large 3.5-inch touchscreen display, the biggest present on a mobile phone in this category, which should offer easy usage for all of its users.

The mobile phone also comes with a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, which is capable of recording videos too.

Moreover, it comes with a dual-microphone layout and with noise cancellation capabilities, designed to ensure that users benefit from loud and clear voice calls even when in noisy environments.

“If those features aren’t enough, you can choose from more than 300,000 apps in Android Market and download all of your favorite music, movies and games,” Motorola notes.

“You can also connect to the Web via Wi-Fi and, thanks to Motorola i940’s email functionality, rest easy knowing you’ll never miss an important work or personal email. And you can have free video-chats with your friends and family through Google Talk.”
