Although not all Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S III owners receive the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update, they will most certainly get it ahead of Samsung Galaxy Note II owners.

However, not all is bad for Samsung Galaxy Note II users, as the update is expected to be released in the coming days. In fact, the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean is already available for some Galaxy Note 2 owners.
