This official ROM might be plagued by a handful of bugs and issues

Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy Note II will receive the long-awaited Android 4.3 Jelly Bean upgrade sometime in November, but no exact release date has been disclosed yet.

However, the folks over at SamMobile have been able to get their hands on an Android 4.3 test firmware, thanks to an anonymous insider.

According to sources close to the matter, Samsung is releasing this type of firmware every two days in order to iron out all the bugs and issues found during testing.

So, this is just one of these test pieces of firmware that might still be plagued by issues. Those who wish to flash the leaked Android 4.3 update for Samsung Galaxy Note II may want to back up all their personal information stored on the phone.
