Owners of the Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone in Australia have already started to receive the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean software update, it seems.

According to a recent post on Ausdroid, the update has started to emerge on these devices today, although Samsung did make an official announcement on the matter.

Yesterday, the company announced the availability of this OS flavor for its Galaxy S III users in the UK, confirming that it brings along the Premium Suite update that was detailed earlier this month.

Through it, users will be able to enjoy features such as Multi-Window, Samsung Gallery enhancements, a Paper Artist app, Low Light mode, improved Panorama mode, and more. Various other enhancements were included in the new software update as well.

It should not be too long before the new software arrives on Galaxy S III devices in more countries, so stay tuned for more on this.
