Sony’s Xperia T flagship handset has reportedly received a taste of the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system flavor, a few months ahead of the officially announced timeframe.

The new update brings along a nice range of enhancements, it seems, and is already available for the international flavor of the mobile phone (LT30p), as well as for the specific model available at AT&T in the United States (Xperia TL LT30at).

Some of the main enhancements that this update brings along include battery life improvements, along with all the benefits of the Project Butter.

Below, you can have a look at screenshots with the update (available courtesy of SonyViet), while the video above also offers you a glimpse at what it has to offer.

The new firmware reportedly lands on the international version of the device as version 9.1.A.0.420, while being pushed to AT&T’s model with build number 9.1.F.1.64.
