14 DAY TRIAL // The long-awaited Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update for HTC One S has finally arrived at TELUS. The Canadian carrier has just updated its “Android software updates” page in order to reflect the new change.
The update is pushed OTA (over the air) by Google, but not all HTC One S users will receive it at the same time.
TELUS customers who have yet to be notified on the update can manually check for it by going to Settings / About device / Software update / Update.
Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean upgrades HTC Sense UI to version 4+ and adds the following enhancements:
- Actionable notifications will show up in the notification pane; - With Android Beam, you can now easily share your photos and videos; - Improved device stability.
