Samsung is pushing the Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean software update to more of its Galaxy S III users out there, and users in Hong Kong and Taiwan are reporting that the software is now live for their devices.

The new software upgrade brings along a nice range of enhancements to devices, including the much praised Google Now feature.

At the same time, the software provides users with important performance enhancements, courtesy of the various optimizations Google has packed the platform with.

The Jelly Bean OS started to arrive on Galaxy S III smartphones in October, yet Samsung still has to deliver it to many users out there.

For example, the company still hasn’t provided specific details on when the update would be delivered to its users in the United States.
