There should be no doubt in your mind at this point that actor Andrew Garfield is not only the best Spider-Man we've had so far, but also one of the most talented individuals out there at the moment.

He didn't seem to want to showcase one of his many talents last night on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show, but he somehow got coaxed into doing it. The host of the talkshow revealed to the audience that Andrew had started learning to play the guitar. The actor seemed eager to keep it a secret but finally relented and admitted he was playing “very simple Cat Stevens songs and very simple Neil Young songs.”

At a moment's notice, Fallon made a guitar appear from behind his desk and begged Garfield to give them a taste of his new skills. It took a little persuading, but Fallon was never a man to back down from a celebrity guest.

Finally, Garfield agreed, and after slowly putting on the guitar in singing position he asked what song he should play. He also seemed a bit threatening towards the host when he turned to him and said, “This is the first time I've ever sung in public.”

Fallon didn't offer any specific songs to the actor but just advised him to play something nice that would appeal to both young and old.

To his pleasure, Garfield then broke into the best acoustic version of the “Spider-Man” theme song we've heard so far. So there you have it, Spider-Man singing about Spider-Man on screen, on a guitar.
