Anderson Cooper Gets a Bad Case of the Giggles from Gerard Depardieu Plane Incident

One man’s misfortune is another man’s reason to giggle uncontrollably. Anderson Cooper included Gerard Depardieu and his plane “mishap” on the RidicuList – and was barely able to carry the segment through from all that laughing.

The Oscar-nominated actor was on a flight from Paris to Dublin when he informed a flight attendant he needed to use the toilet, as we also told you yesterday.

She, in her turn, told him to wait another 15 minutes for the plane to take off, which he clearly didn’t do. Instead, Depardieu reportedly urinated right where he was, in the aisle of the plane cabin.

As expected, Copper put Depardieu on the RidicuList for the whole thing, saying, as the video below will confirm, that it is probably something the entire world will remember him by.

With jabs at the actor like he “flies Incontinental,” “created his own jet stream” and “is used to being Pampered,” it’s no wonder Cooper got the giggles during the segment.

At one point, he even tells his production crew to stop laughing and allow him to continue with the show because “it’s distracting.”

However, he completely loses whatever trace of composure he still had when saying, “All I can say, they should thank their lucky stars it wasn’t Depar-two.”

Eventually, after some uncontrollable giggling, Cooper composes himself and apologizes for the outburst.

“This has actually never happened to me!” he says. “You always see this sort of thing on YouTube and you don’t think it can actually happen to you!”

His viewers, though, weren’t that shocked about the severe case of the giggles he came down with, since he made sure he warned them before the show, on Twitter, that the RidicuList was so funny he was afraid he wouldn’t be able to stop laughing.
