And The Oscar Goes To...

Best known for his part as Mr. Britney Spears, Kevin Federline is actually not 'Playing With Fire' (that, he will do much later), but looking into starting a movie career. How he can say that with a straight face is anybody's guess...

In an exclusive interview with 'In Touch' magazine, K-Fed talks about the challenges of fatherhood and family life, his struggles as an aspiring artist and about the way he plans to expand his limitless artistic horizons. Not happy with only kicking Justin's ass and breaking into all the charts with his music, K-Fed is seriously thinking of going into acting.

As a matter of fact, he has been offered a few scripts already and he was really very enthusiastic about one in particular. It was for a movie in which he was to play the part of a drug dealer, opposite Ben Affleck's brother, Casey.

The only thing that stopped him from getting the part and winning an Oscar for it was the fact that he felt sick: 'I was supposed to audition, but I got really sick and couldn't make it'. But no harm's done, because Federline can do anything he puts his mind to and he is very set to play not only serious, drama-like parts, but also parts in comedies.

This is how he explains his decision: 'Sometimes I wake up in a comedic mood, and sometimes I wake up in a serious mood. With acting, you've got to be able to channel that for three months straight'. My, my, what a philosophical approach to such a difficult profession! Do you think he has written his Oscar acceptance speech yet?
