The card comes in a white and blue box and is good for 4K gaming

Needless to say, Micro-Star International isn't about to let November 5 pass without a Radeon R9 290 graphics card of its own coming out to play.

AMD released the incredibly cheap board earlier today, with a price of $399 / €399, and MSI is just one of many OEMs that also brought forth versions of the card.

Although “version” is a strong word, since it's just the very same card with a different sticker and box. Only PowerColor and VTX3D overclocked it (very slightly), and even they didn't do anything else.

Anyway, the MSI Radeon R9 290 graphics card is like the others: a board featuring a 948 MHz Hawaii GPU (2,560 processors), 4 GB of GDDR5 VRAM (5 GHz), a 512-bit interface and a TDP of 250W. The memory bandwidth is 320 GB/s.
