Amy Winehouse has some serious nerve - or maybe it's a delayed effect from all the serious drug-taking and boozing she's been doing lately, we'll never know. But the troubled British star is definitely one stubborn addict and now she's making it all public by releasing a DVD ironically entitled "I Told You I Was Trouble".

The extended-length DVD will feature a mixture of documentary and live gig footage, capturing highlights from the singer's Shepherd's Bush Empire gig earlier in April, as well as a 50-minute documentary including interviews with Winehouse and her father Mitch.

The disc also includes an early acoustic version of "There Is No Greater Love", behind-the-scenes footage, a selection of television appearances and Wino's performance of her hit single "Rehab" at the Brit Awards this year. But the truly shocking (not to mention concerning) part is the fact that Amy has vowed to carry on drinking.

"Life's short - just do it, do you know what I mean? Life's short and I've made a lot of mistakes, you know. I always say I don't regret things and I don't say sorry, but I do really. I believe strongly in fate. I believe that everything happens for a reason" Wino stated. What this means is that she has no intention to give up her drinking and drug abuse and it's probably her way of making it clear that if she dies of an overdose, it was simply fate.

"I'm quite an insecure person" Amy also reveals. "I'm very insecure about the way I look. I mean, I'm a musician I'm not a model. The more insecure I feel, the more I drink. And to Tracey Trash, who does my hair, I'd be like, 'Bigger! Bigger!' - like the more insecure I feel, the bigger my hair has to be".

In the documentary, Amy also briefly addresses the time in August when she nearly died after overdosing on a mix of heroin, ketamine, cocaine and ecstasy. "I was just doing one destructive thing after the other. I was quite self-destructive" she admits.

Meanwhile, Winehouse kicks off her UK tour on November 12th in Manchester and will finish it up in Cardiff on November 28th. But the question is, with such an attitude, how far will she be able to keep going?
