Amy Wino's Husband Cries and Cuts Himself in Jail

I know, I know, the Amy Wino drama is definitely no match for Britney, but the British trainwreck sure knows how to hold her ground and make the headlines often enough to preserve her whacky reputation. The fact is, we can all agree on the fact that while Wino's addictions are much more public and severe than Britney's (the consequence being that she could be dead as we speak if she decides to overdose again like she did in the summer), I think that Amy has a better chance of actually kicking her drug habit and making a full recovery - provided, of course, that some intermediary steps are taken.

It may have something to do with the fact that the Wino actually has about a million times more talent than Britney, it may simply be a matter of education and culture - or it may have nothing to do with any of these, but the British jazz diva could still wake up from the crack haze and get on with her life - provided she somehow manages to escape the toxic influence of her husband.

Blake Fielder-Civil - you all know him like the corpse-looking guy with the sallow, green-tinged skin, the skinny jeans and the fedoras - is currently re-assessing his life and enjoying a prolonged stint in jail for trying to pervert the course of justice. Life outside the clink - which mainly consisted of him doing drugs and spending away Amy's considerable fortune - was apparently a far more relaxing affair than coping with life as an inmate.

It's probably double hard to be separated from you wife's cash AND the crack, and that's what has apparently pushed Blake to self-mutilate in an effort to get a bit of extra attention and get rid of his depression all in one go. A former cell mate of Fielder-Civil's apparently wrote that "What Blake wants is not fame or a drug-fueled mess of a life. He wants a happy life with his wife. He is missing her like crazy. He breaks down in tears - he is falling apart. After spending four days in solitary he went mad and had to be treated to cuts to his arm. He is doing his best to survive without Amy but admits it's the hardest thing he has ever done".

I think that what this guy was trying to say was that Blake misses Amy's money, the drugs and the amount of control he held over his superstar wife. We all know how the relationship between these two was incredibly destructive - and also, Amy seems to be doing quite well recently, which makes me think that she may be trying to kick her drug habit and consider her career (and herself, obviously) more seriously than she has done in quite a while. There's a rumor going round about how the Wino is planning to have a baby with Fielder-Civil as soon as he gets out of the clink (if ever), but for the moment I'll chose not to believe that. Can you imagine these two having a baby? [shudder] No, better stick with the singing, Amy, it's what you do best and we love it.
