14 DAY TRIAL // Not long ago, reports emerged that Amy Winehouse, the multi-Grammy winning British singer infamous for her long and difficult struggle with substance abuse, was on the verge of falling victim to another addiction, just as dangerous. On the same note, the Mirror has now learned that things are getting more serious with Winehouse’s newfound love for plastic surgery and that she’s already thinking of having her nose done after reaching a point in which she can hardly look at herself in the mirror.
Winehouse has never been known for her out-of-the-ordinary, good looks, but rather for her impressive vocals that have made of her two music albums so far international best-sellers that broke record after record in terms of sales and awards. Still, it’s on her looks that she’s now obsessing, an unnamed source says for the British tab, stressing that Amy has decided to get her crooked nose fixed up next.
“Amy’s become totally obsessed with surgery since her [breast] job. She wants her nose made smaller to fit with her small face as she hates the fact her nose is so big and she doesn’t like the shape.” the tipster says for the Mirror, claiming to know this for a fact since s/he is a very close friend of Amy’s. As we also reported a while ago, Winehouse first boosted her cup size a few numbers after noticing that the many years of drugs and alcohol abuse had taken a toll on the shape of her breasts.
“Amy says she can barely look in the mirror at the moment as she hates it so much. She’s booked in for January but is pushing to get it done sooner. Her family are dead-set against it and her brother has gone mad at her saying it will ruin her whole look and she will become unrecognizable. They’re trying to talk her out of it but Amy’s having none of it. She said she won’t stop until she’s totally happy with herself and is even considering bum implants as she wants more of a curvy bum.” the same source further explains.
Apparently, the thought of one day looking into the mirror and not recognizing the woman staring back at her is not enough to deter Amy from requesting more interventions, but quite on the contrary. She wants to change everything about herself so badly, she will stop at nothing to get what she wants, the same source assures. Her chest and lips already done, she’s now gunning to surgically alter her backside and nose.
