Singer Amy Winehouse reportedly paid a small fortune to get her deflated chest back to its previous shape with the help of cosmetic surgery. It’s only weeks that she debuted her new implants in a most blatant manner but, according to father Mitch Winehouse, as cited by the Mirror, she’s already having problems with her “acquisition.”

A few days ago, the multi-Grammy winner was taken to hospital. Speculation had it that she had mixed over the counter drugs with some cold medicine her doctor had prescribed for her, which resulted in some very nasty side-effects. Others, of course, claimed she was back in rehab for drug use. The truth, according to her own father, is that she needed a touch-up on her bust because one of her implants was leaking.

“It wasn’t because she had a cold,” Mitch says of his daughter’s recent trip to the hospital on his new reality show. “She’s fine, she just had a little [Mitch points to his chest] leaky something or other,” Mr. Winehouse further explains. As some of you will remember, it was Mitch too who also first confirmed that Amy had gotten implants because many years of heavy drug use had taken a serious toll on her body and she was no longer happy with her looks. This was before Amy even left the clinic where she had the surgery.

As if Mitch Winehouse’s words were not confirmation enough that Amy is having some issues with her newly enlarged bust, one of her friends too is talking to the British tabloids, saying that, indeed, this was the case. “She saw something oozing out on to her top. She was worried as they looked wonky and to see stuff seeping out was horrible,” the unnamed source close to the singer explains for the aforementioned publication.

It is not yet known how this incident – a setback, as some call it – will influence her just discovered, so-called addiction to plastic surgery. After getting implants, Amy was also snapped with a set of fuller lips, with reports claiming she was also considering having some work done on her posterior to make it perkier.
