All of a sudden, Amy Winehouse seems to have discovered a fondness for plastic surgery and other related procedures for the purpose of beautification, word in the industry has it. After coming clean about upping her cup size to a 32D, the singer was recently snapped around town with what looked like a new set of lips, EntertainmentWise says.

As fans already know, as regards the bust augmentation, it was necessary because the many years of heavy drug use had ravaged Amy’s body and there was no way she could get volume back into the chest no matter how much weight she gained, as her own father also confirmed a while back. The fuller lips is an entirely different matter, though, while also being a sign of sorts that Winehouse might have discovered and become the latest victim of the wonders of modern plastic surgery.

“After getting her drug-ravaged breasts boosted to a 32D last month, the singer is now sporting fuller lips. […] Amy seems thrilled with her new trout pout, and happily modeled – along with some penciled-in freckles – it for photographers as she left a London doctor’s surgery on Thursday evening. It seems Amy is turning into quite the Katie Price. Which worries us.” the aforementioned British publication writes. The photos recently surfaced online clearly show that, if anything, Amy is quite thrilled by her new “trout pout.”

Whether she actually did something to get it is an entirely different matter. However, judging by the past experience of the bust augmentation, if Winehouse really did something to her lips as well, her father, Mitch Winehouse, will probably state it out loud in the following hours. As we also noted at the time, although initial reports had it Amy had gotten implants for her comeback on television on X Factor, by the time she got to issue a statement on the matter, her father had already confirmed it on at least a couple of television shows.

“Fantastic, fantastic.” Mitch Winehouse said when asked how his daughter was doing. “Her [breasts] are great as well. I shouldn’t have said that should I? She looks absolutely fantastic.” he added, as we also reported at the time.
