Amy Winehouse feels she may fall off the sobriety wagon, calls for faith healer from St Lucia

While in St Lucia, Amy Winehouse seemed to have managed to overcome her addiction to drugs and even alcohol. The singer returned home in the UK after several months in isolation there, but reports claim bad habits really do die hard, for which reason she’s flying faith healer Peter Cletus Hippolyte to London to help her cope with her demons again, ContactMusic says.

Hippolyte helped Winehouse in the past and she’s convinced he can do it one more time, now that she’s feeling she’s losing control again and is about to give in to temptation. While still in St Lucia, the two would talk everything out and the faith healer would use his curative powers to make the singer see the solution to her problems was neither at the bottom of the glass nor in the needle she wanted to stick in her arm.

“The Rehab singer met mystic Peter Cletus Hippolyte when she travelled to the Caribbean island last year (08) for several months in a bid to escape her hedonistic and chaotic London life. She returned in the summer (09), and has since moved away from her old haunts and lives in the London suburbs. But she felt the need to fly Hippolyte over to stay with her so she would not be tempted back into her wild ways.” ContactMusic writes, citing the healer himself.

“I have healing hands and I talk to her and explain things to her. She’s a wonderful girl and she believes in me. We hug each other, we kiss each other and I put my hands on her shoulder. I tell her not to worry and we sing to each other. When I come to the UK, I will use my hands to help heal her and use my psychological healing to organize her mind. We will say prayers together and she will drink bush tea with antioxidants.” Hippolyte further says of Amy’s invitation to visit the UK and help her out with her problem again.

Winehouse’s long struggle with illegal substances, as well as the addiction to alcohol and destructive behavior have long been tabloid fodder. Until the faith healer stepped forward to claim he helped her, it was believed the singer had somewhat mysteriously found the strength in herself to go clean.
