14 DAY TRIAL // There have been so many “American Pie” movies that, for non-fans, it's almost hard to remember the one that started the entire madness – and how good it was. The reunion film will hopefully make things right again.
There's another “American Pie” movie in the making. Called “American Reunion,” it will feature all the characters that starred in the first film, bringing them together again for the class of '99 reunion.
A teaser for it was released a short while ago, but it wasn't suitable for wider audiences. The first official trailer is, and, at the same time, it's also tamer and more revealing.
Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Alyson Hannigan, Eugene Levy, Chris Klein, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Natasha Lyonne, Jennifer Coolidge, Mena Suvari and Shannon Elizabeth will all reprise their original roles.
They will meet after many years, to celebrate the class of 1999 reunion – and they plan to do it style, by throwing a party they will never forget.
“American Pie: Reunion” or “American Reunion” in short, went into production in August this year, and will be in theaters in April 2012.
