Earlier this month, Amber Portwood from MTV’s “Teen Mom” series, revealed she’d gotten her first tattoo: a huge piece on her side and abdomen, of her daughter’s face. She’s already regretting it, it has emerged.
Portwood, whose name has made headlines before because of her abusive ways towards the father of her child and the charges brought against her for domestic violence by the DA, is already sorry she got inked.
Friends of the
controversial teen mom are telling
PopEater that she’s already having second thoughts about the giant ink she got on her body, especially now that she’s realizing it would be nearly impossible for her to have it removed.
Apparently, her reason for getting it done was to prove to the world that she was ready to be a good mom to her daughter – but she didn’t think this through and failed to consider the pain she’d have to endure for a while.
“Amber wanted to prove that she never wanted to lose custody of her daughter again, but had no idea how painful and sore she would be,” a close friend of the reality star says for PopEater.
“Now she is having to sleep on her back or right-hand side and can’t take it anymore,” dishes the spy. Plus, there’s also the question of having her daughter’s face on her body that’s also bothering her to a certain extent.
“In that moment it seemed like a great idea to get a tattoo and show the entire world how much she loved Leah, but now it doesn’t seem like such a great decision,” says the same spy.
“When the pain goes away Amber will be left with a massive picture of a baby’s face on her stomach,” the insider explains.
As PopEater puts it, there’s probably no bigger mood killer than that, a child’s portrait on your girlfriend’s body. It took several hours in a row for a tattoo artist to create Amber’s first piece, as we also
informed you a while back.
