14 DAY TRIAL // Countless reports coming from unnamed but admittedly reliable sources would have it that, now that Johnny Depp is marrying Amber Heard after years of refusing to be more committed to her, Vanessa Paradis simply can’t stand to hear the name of her ex.
However, one such report, from the Daily Mail, would have it that she’s actually considering attending the upcoming nuptials, because Amber personally reached out to her to invite her to the ceremony.
Amber started dating Johnny Depp whilst working together on “The Rum Diary,” when he was still with longtime partner and the mother of his children, Vanessa. After some on-and-off time together, they finally went public with the romance and, in late 2013, got engaged as well.
Now, Amber wants Vanessa at the wedding, the Daily Mail writes.
“Since Amber has been dating Johnny, she has been very kind and respectful towards Vanessa and the situation between them all is very amicable,” says a spy who claims to be one of the babysitters for Depp’s two children with Vanessa, Lily-Rose and Jack.
Admittedly, the feeling is mutual. “Vanessa likes Amber a lot, and appreciates how good she is with the children. It’s likely Lily-Rose will be bridesmaid, and they would like Vanessa to be part of the day,” the tipster continues.
“The split was mutual, with no broken hearts, and they remain friends. While Vanessa hasn’t officially RSVP’d yet, she is considering it,” the insider adds.
The report notes that Amber and Johnny didn’t become romantically involved until he had separated from Vanessa, which would explain why there’s no bad blood between the two actresses. It also comes on the heels of the release of paparazzi photos of Amber and Lily Rose out shopping like girls, apparently confirming that the two are very close.
Amber and Johnny made their first public outing as a couple last week, at the premiere of her movie “3 Days to Kill.” It was also the perfect occasion to debut her engagement ring but, other than that, they have said nothing on the topic yet.
