Once a cheater, always a cheater, they say. While neither Johnny Depp nor Vanessa Paradis said anything about the reasons for their split, it is widely assumed his indiscretions with Amber Heard were at the core of it. Now, he's cheated on her too.
Vanessa and Johnny recently announced their decision to separate, with reports saying that, by the time they came out with the announcement, he had already moved on with his “The Rum Diary” co-star Amber Heard.
Later on, reports emerged that they too had
ended their torrid romance, most likely because Amber had been labeled a homewrecker and she was not ok with that.
The Enquirer suggests in its latest print issue (story via
CB) that Johnny might have cheated on Amber too, so that's why she suddenly decided to walk away from the affair, right into the arms of her ex-girlfriend.
In other words, she was more or less ok with the drama and the negative attention she was getting (as they say in Hollywood, any kind of publicity is good publicity), but she was not about to stand by and forgive Johnny each time he tried to charm other women.
“Depp and Heard reportedly got together while filming 'The Rum Diary' in 2009. They continued to see each other after filming wrapped, and Amber broke off her relationship with Tasya Van Ree,” the Enquirer writes.
“Johnny continued to see Amber on the sly after production on his latest film, 'The Lone Ranger' began in New Mexico a few months ago, said a source on the set. He even bought her a horse so they could ride together,” adds the tab.
However, while he worked on his latest project, he started noticing his gorgeous co-star – and it was an
all too familiar scenario for Amber.
“But as filming progressed, Johnny started to have eyes for his beautiful British co-star, Ruth Wilson. Word got back to Amber, and that was the final straw. She abruptly went back to her former girlfriend and is now crying on her shoulder,” an insider confirms for the e-zine.
