Amazon today made its latest range of Kindle tablets available to customers in the UK, but they aren't the only ones able to place a pre-order.

CEO and Founder of Amazon.com made the announcement himself.

“It’s been just two years since we introduced the first Kindle Fire, and we are grateful for the overwhelmingly positive response from customers. The team is innovating at an unbelievable speed, and we’re excited to bring our new Kindle Fire HDX to Canada and UK.”

Unlike their British counterparts, who also get to choose the LTE edition, Canadians will have to make do only with the Wi-Fi variants. The tablets have shown up on Amazon.ca and shoppers can sign up for a pre-order. Shipments will kick start in November 26.

The 7-inch Kindle Fire HDX prices for Canada start at CDN $254 / $246 / €181 while the 8.9-incher start at CND $399 / $387 / €285 . Note that the revamped version of the Kindle Fire HD is also available starting at CND $149 / $144 / €106.
