Roughly a month ago, Amazon made official its very first smartphone, which is called Kindle Fire and is set to arrive on shelves with a brand new 3D user interface that allows users to view content in new, more exciting ways, and the first video ad for the handset is now available for your viewing pleasure.

The handset will arrive on shelves at wireless carrier AT&T as soon as the next week, and it appears that Amazon has decided to tout some of the features that it will provide users with when released, in order to raise awareness on the product.

The aforementioned video ad for the Kindle Fire phone can be seen embedded below, though it will not provide you with too many details on the unique hardware capabilities included inside it, as phandroid notes.

Instead, the clip focuses on the media content that will be available on this device, as well as on Amazon’s free 1-year subscription to Amazon Prime that comes bundled with it.

However, the company did mention in the video’s description that the smartphone was designed with the brand new Firefly technology inside, allowing users to easily scan over 100 million movies, songs, products, books, and more.

The Amazon Kindle Fire phone will become available for purchase in the United States next Friday, exclusively on AT&T’s network.
