Amazon Mobile for Android Updated with New Features and Bug Fixes

The official Amazon application for Android devices has just received a small update that adds a few new features and improvements.

First of all, Amazon Mobile users will be able to explore and shop Amazon Lightning Deals right from the application.

In addition, the latest version of Amazon Mobile provides access to recently viewed items through the app’s More menu.

Last but not least, the update includes some bug fixes and performance improvements, which have yet to be detailed by the developers.

Amazon Mobile 2.2.0 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.0 and up. Check it out here. Keep in mind that some features require rear facing camera and a certain version of Android.
