Metropolis Entertainment, the company handling the footage for simulators like those in London's Science Museum, decided to give fans the chance to see some incredible footage from inside the cockpit of a fighter jet.

The six-minute video puts viewers inside an RAF Typhoon cockpit flying over the Welsh Mountains and the Lake District, at about 40,000 feet (12.2 kilometers) above the ground.

Besides the breath-taking scenery, the pilot, Flight Lt. Jamie Norris, makes a series of maneuvers enough to turn up your adrenaline just by standing in front of your computer and watching the video.

After a round of crazy flips upside down, during a formation exhibit, the pilot slowly begins to descent with the supersonic fighter plane.

The clip is currently on display at the Museum, part of the RAF Typhoon Simulator exhibition, alongside a Red Arrow 3D and a Fly 360 jet flight simulator.
