It looks like Amanda Bynes will finally get her wish: her parents are going to get off her case and she will be able to escape their evil conservatorship tyranny. Her mother and her father have decided that they can't handle their daughter and have relented their control over her to a mental specialist.

The news comes via TMZ, which claims that Rick and Lynn Bynes have already made their decision, and in the next couple of days they are going to file the papers according to which their daughter will be under the control of a doctor, who will presumably be able to handle her better.

Amanda's parents quit the conservatorship, feel they can't control their daughter anymore

As you may be aware, Amanda's parents held control for some time over her finances and wellbeing but since she's been acting erratically again, it's been increasingly difficult for them to deal with her.

Since she was released from the mental institution where she was staying on October 22, Amanda has been blasting her parents on social media, but mostly her father, who she claims abused and molested her as a child. She also accused her parents of inserting a chip into her brain in order to monitor her actions and trace her.

The parents have denied the molestation accusation and are now tired of fighting with Amanda, which is why they are hoping that a judge will allow them to transfer the conservatorship to a mental specialist who can better control their daughter who was diagnosed with bipolar syndrome among other things.

After they will transfer the conservatorship, Rick and Lynn Bynes plan to leave Los Angeles and move to Texas, so that they can be close to their other daughter.

The parents hope that once they transfer control over to someone else, they will be able to resume relations with their estranged daughter

What is tragic is that the parents are hoping that by leaving Amanda's legal and financial control to someone else, they will be able to get back in touch with their daughter, who is currently furious at them as she can't access her money and is being forced to continue her medication.

Amanda's finances will be controlled by another person, not the doctor who will be legally responsible for her, most likely a finance manager. Her parents had previously forced Amanda to live off gift certificates from American Express in order to prevent her from overspending, as it had emerged that she was making lavish gifts to unknown persons prior to her admission in the mental institution.

Both Rick and Lynn Bynes feel as if they've lost all control over their daughter and that they should let someone more competent handle her under the circumstances. Slowly, they are hoping that their relationship with their daughter will be rekindled, and despite the fact they're moving away, they hope to stay in touch with her.
