Star explains request to magazines and blogs to use recent photos of her in their stories

A few days ago, InTouch Weekly ran an interview with Amanda Bynes, in which she set out to convince the world that she wasn’t crazy or on drugs, and that people who said that were either ugly or not her true friends.

On Twitter the other day, the former actress complained that the magazine ran an older photo of her with the interview, and explained why this bothered her so much.

As per her own words, her recent nose job means she’ll never look like her old self, so, if magazines want their readers to be up to speed with everything, they’d better not use old pictures of her.

“Intouch used a photo from years ago on their cover and I hate it! The reason I've asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don't look like that anymore!” Amanda writes.

“I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore!” she says.

“I'm so sick of magazines and blogs using old photos! When will they stop? I will never look like that again! Having surgery was the most amazing thing for my confidence!” Amanda adds, patting herself on the back for her decision to go under the knife.

Fans will know that it’s not just the nose that looks different on Amanda these days: she’s also undergone a drastic makeover, complete with new hair, face piercings, heavier makeup and, occasionally, scantily clothes.

Since she moved from LA to NYC, there’s been a lot of speculation on her wellbeing, especially because of the pictures and comments she’s been posting on her Twitter.
