14 DAY TRIAL // Amanda Bynes moved from LA to New York in an attempt to fly under the radar while she’s focusing on her career as a fashion designer but, as it happens, her Twitter feed is more than enough to keep her in the headlines.
The other day, the actress posted the photo attached to this article, with a short caption reading “Wink ;).”
She looks almost unrecognizable after the makeover she gave herself but, whether she’s doing it only to escape the paparazzi or because she felt the need for a change is yet undetermined.
In the photo, Amanda is wearing a huge red beanie and long and curly blonde hair, though chances are it’s just a wig, one of the many she’s been photographing herself in these past few months – and tweeting the pictures afterwards, of course.
One of the two face piercings she got after she moved to NYC is also visible, as also is the fact that she’s wearing heavy makeup, which makes her eyes look different and her lips fuller.
As fans must know, since she moved to New York (and some time before that as well) Amanda has been plagued by all kinds of rumors, one weirder than the other.
Amidst speculation that she was dabbing into drugs and perhaps drinking too much, she was involved in a series of accidents on the road, while reports in the glossies talked of odd behavior elsewhere as well.
The rumors didn’t go away when she moved to another city either.
A short while ago, word got out that the owner of the flat she’d rented in NYC wanted her out because she was in violation of the no-smoking rule in the building by constantly smoking weed with her friends.
Her Twitter feed also led to some curious rumors, including how she was having some sort of public meltdown.
On her part, Amanda always insisted there was nothing wrong with her and that all these were just rumors.
