Yesterday it was revealed that Amanda Bynes had not only been released from her psychiatric hold, but she had also taken to court to fight her parents and end their conservatorship, to regain control of her life and her estate.

However, just hours after she was released from the hospital, she was seen acting erratically in Hollywood. Her Twitter feed is equally filled with all sorts of strange updates that make up a rant illustrating that Amanda is still not coherent and is clearly showing some paranoid outbursts as she's still keen to prove that her parents are controlling and abusing her.

Amanda vents her frustration on Twitter with random babblings

“I am going to court today with my lawyer to prove that I am more than capable of handling my personal life and finances and I am enraged,” says a bitter Amanda who then goes on to attack her father and even Sam Lutfi, accusing them of tricking her and spending her hard-earned cash.

She still claims that her dad molested and abused her, although she deleted the previous tweets about him assaulting her and said that it was the chip in her head that made her say those things.

“So sorry you've been fooled by Sam Lufti and my parents, but they are lying about stealing money from me and i cannot continue to allow them. To abuse me any more !” Amanda wrote in a fit of rage, making her point in two tweets.

The actress addressed her fans and explained why she had bandages on her face

She also took the time to explain the bandaid on her face to her fans she called “love bugs.” She told her fans that she was covering a procedure she had done, to remove micro cysts under her eyes. She also promised that she would wear the bandages in court.

Proving that she is erratic in speech and thought, Amanda then randomly blurted out, “Sam Lufti is ugly (sic),” “I hate you,” “I am crying,” “My dad is UGLY FOOLS,” and ending with “Happy Halloween” and “I am going to USC.”

Many wondered why Amanda was allowed to leave the hospital so soon, when it was understood that she had still not recovered and needed more time on medication to get back on the right track. But sources in the media claimed that doctors formed a hearing for the actress and concluded that she was well enough to be allowed to go home if she took her medication.

Amanda didn't make it to court despite her tweet, and it was later revealed that, at the time, she was busy eating lunch at Mel's Drive-In Diner in Hollywood. Eyewitnesses claim that she came with a man who drove her in a sports car. She appeared to be friendly and even chatted with people at other tables around her.
