Former actress goes off on social media again, deletes the posts afterwards

If you’re one of the many people who thought Amanda Bynes’ most recent selfie video on Twitter was completely bizarre, expect to feel her wrath. In a new series of tweets, the former actress has lashed out at Complex Magazine for saying just that, and at ex-boyfriend Kid Cudi who has been bad-mouthing her to the press.

She’s deleted the tweets since, but the New York Daily News confirms their existence.

It all started with the video we were also telling you about the other day, in which Amanda is making faces at herself in the mirror.

Complex re-posted the video, together with a blog post asking whether she was really in trouble (and consequently in desperate need of professional help) or just pulling a fast one on the entire world by doing some sort of social experiment she’s yet to talk about.

“Real talk: Does Bynes need serious help, or is this some intricate, faux public breakdown, Joaquin Phoenix-style?” Complex asked.

The Joaquin Phoenix reference is related to his faux documentary film “I’m Still Here,” which saw him on a downwards spiral that turned out to be just performance art.

If Bynes too is part of a little art project, she’s not about to let anyone know just yet. On the contrary, actually.

“Stop acting like I'm doing something wrong. I'm obsessed with myself on Twitter. Also, my video last night was perfection,” she tweeted to the magazine.

She then reiterated her earlier threat of suing every media outlet who would run stories about her having some sort of “mental illness” or other problems.

“I'm so sick of the articles you write about me. I want every fake article deleted,” she told the mag.

Also on social media, she offered an explanation for why Complex would run such a story: they’re definitely tipped off by her ex.

“You're [expletive]-whipped by my ugly ex @ducidni [Kid Cudi] whose looks and talent have always been questionable to me, him being the ugly duckling that he is and all,” she wrote.

As of now, the Complex blog that got Amanda so riled is still online.
