Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. has opened a new hotel in the heart of Cupertino’s business district. Aloft Cupertino is adjacent to the Apple campus at 1 Infinite Loop, and within walking distance of the City Center.

Owned by Shashi Corporation and managed by Azul Hospitality Group, Aloft Cupertino boasts “123 spacious, loft-like rooms, forward-thinking technology and a vibrant, social atmosphere.”

That forward-thinking technology is none other than Apple’s. Every room features an Apple TV. Guests can connect to Netflix for movies, Hulu for television shows, and MLB.com for sports.

Residents can use AirPlay to beam video, photos, music and even apps from their iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch right on the 42-inch LCD in-room TV.

Dipesh Gupta, CEO of Shashi Group, said, “We are thrilled to introduce the Aloft brand to Cupertino, the epicenter of global innovation. With its flair for design and dynamic social scene, Aloft Cupertino is a great match for the energy of Silicon Valley.”
