14 DAY TRIAL // Romanian handset manufacturer Allview has just announced the availability of yet another feature phone that offers dual-SIM capability, the F3 Sensy.
Allview's handset portfolio includes quite a high number of dual-SIM mobile phones, but the company also released two cheap Android tablets as well, the AllDro and AllDro 2.
The F3 Sensy is not the usual budget feature phone, instead it offers an array of specs, including an interesting user interface.
Unlike most feature phones, F3 Sensy comes with a 3.2-inch touchscreen display that supports 240 x 400 pixels resolution.
At first glance, one may take the F3 Sensy as an Android smartphone, instead the manufacturer 'borrowed' parts of the Android stock UI and made it available on a feature phone.
Allview F3 Sensy packs 128MB of RAM, 64 MB of RAM, 43 MB of internal memory, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 8GB).
The phone's menus, Main, Shell, Widget and App provides users with quick and easy access to all the features of the phone.
There are two main themes that can be used throughout the homescreens and menus of the phone, spatial or tornado form.
Furthermore, the phone includes three different keyboards for writing messages: a full QWERTY keyboard, a keypad, and another one that features handwriting recognition.
The copy/paste text function is also available, so users can insert links, words or paragraphs into other text modules.
Widgets is another important part of the user interface, as the phone includes several useful apps, including notes, calendar, missed calls, alarms, on the main screen.
According to the manufacturer more widgets can be added via WidgetStore, such as Weather, Browser bookmarks, Blackjack, Google Search and more.
The F3 Sensy is a dual-SIM handset that provides users the possibility to web browse via GPRS, EDGE, but also Wi-Fi.
In addition, it comes with Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, microUSB port, a 3.2-megapixel camera and 3.5mm audio jack.
