Ever since it debuted the second-generation Surface tablet in October 2013, Microsoft has been struggling to cope with stock issues, as most of the tablets available in stock were rapidly selling both online and at traditional retail stores.

It turns out that Redmond has finally managed to cope with all these stock issues and both 32GB and 64GB versions are now available for purchase from Microsoft’s online store.

The Surface 2 seems to be experiencing a much bigger success as compared to its predecessor and features upgraded hardware and Windows RT 8.1, an improved version of the core OS that boasts an improved Metro UI and a Start button.

The device comes with 2 GB of RAM, a 10.6-inch full HD display, an Nvidia Tegra 4 processor and Windows RT 8.1 and Office 2013 RT installed by default. Several connectivity options are also offered, including USB 3.0, HD video out port, Bluetooth 4.0, and Wi-Fi.
