All-Pro Football 2K8, the really appreciated Xbox 360 football sim game developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports, was released on the 16th of July 2007. This was the first football title to be launched by the Take-Two owned company following the purchase of exclusive licenses by Electronic Arts.
The game received generally good reviews from editors and was highly appreciated by fans. On the one hand, the part that was most applauded by fans all over the world was the online play, where All-Pro Football 2K8 truly excels. On the other hand, the most criticized part of it was the lack of a multi-season in the Franchise Mode.
