
Alienware, one of the leading manufacturers of high-performance desktop, notebook, media center, and professional systems, will include the latest NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2, one of the fastest single graphics card, on its Area-51 7500 and the Aurora 7500 desktops.
The GeForce 7950 GX2 delivers the power of two graphics processing units (GPUs) on a single graphics card enabling Alienware gamers to enjoy enhanced high-definition gaming.

Because of a 1GB of onboard graphics memory, the GeForce 7950 GX2 is said to deliver advanced visual effects that enable users to benefit from all the hard-core elements featured by latest games.
As it was developed for video playback, as well as gaming, the new card is based on NVIDIA's PureVideo technology, which is said to provide a fully HDCP-capable solution that supports HD DVD and Blu-ray disc playback. The GeForce 7950 GX2 also includes dual dual-link DVI connectors to power high-definition displays at enhanced resolutions of up to 2560x1600.
