Alien expert believes Sammy Hagar’s abduction story, wants to help him make sense of it

Some time ago, rocker Sammy Hagar broke his silence about his experience with extraterrestrial life and, it would seem, it’s pretty impressive. The star says he was abducted just recently – now, the founder of the Alien Research Group wants to reach out to him.

Hagar spoke to MTV News a short while ago, revealing, among other things, that he’d seen his first UFO at the age of 4.

In the same interview, Hagar said he’d been abducted and that he had some recollection of the experience, which he described as an “exchange” of knowledge.

While some may laugh at his story, the founder of the Alien Research Group tells TMZ that they believe him – and are even willing to help him out make sense of his abduction.

“Well Sandy Nichols, founder of the Alien Research Group (yeah that’s a thing), tells TMZ he wants to work with Sammy to help him understand his abduction,” TMZ reports.

Nichols and Hagar share more than a belief in alien life, since they’ve both been abducted. Nichols can relate, in other words.

“Sandy claims he’s also been abducted – numerous times – and says he ‘experienced something similar’ to Hagar,” TMZ writes.

“Nichols and some human friends discussed Hagar’s tale and all agreed nothing in his story sounded like he was lying,” the same report says.

When he came clean about his abduction experience, the rocker made it a point of stressing that he wasn’t joking – the experience had been too intense for him to make light of it.

“It was real. They were plugged into me. It was a download situation… or, they uploaded something from my brain, like an experiment ... They were tapped into my brain and the knowledge was transferred back and forth,” he said.

He was taken from his home in Fontana, CA, he said. “That happened. That friggin’ happened,” Hagar insisted.

No word yet on whether the rocker, known under the moniker “The Red Rocker,” plans to take Nichols and the ARG up on the offer for a meeting and a talk.
