Exquisite design for any decor

The latest creation bearing the signature of Carlos Torres is the Alhambra, a stunning piece of radio technology with a strikingly retro design and packing a heap of up-to-date technology for the maniac inside you. If you're already a fan of satellite radio but are still longing for those unique looks and wonderful feel of retro-shaped radios, it might prove that this is one of the best choices you could make so far. In fact, this lovely radio can easily match pretty much any home decor, no matter whether we're thinking about a very modern or a more conservative one. Its fluid and classy design will add instant style to any setting.

The moderate – if not even small – footprint guarantees that you'll be able to find a place for the Alhambra in no time: this nifty audio gadget can rest on the mantelpiece or on a shelf, but it will also do in your classy office or as part of your multimedia rack at home.

Despite the rather minimalist approach to the command and control buttons, the Alhambra looks really easy to use, especially with all the preset station keys in the lower part of its front side. This means that you'll be able to get to your favorite stations, shows, music, sports or news with just a simple press of a button and, of course, easily switch between your preferred online content.

Alhambra also comes with a very cool and generous display: the black background makes a rich contrast with the blue-green lettering and numbering, while at the same time rendering everything easy to read in complete dark and in strong light conditions as well. At the same time, a large dial in the front makes the setting-up and navigation pretty easy and fun.

This satellite radio comes with two retro-design speakers, whose shape looks very, very much similar to that of a power plant's towers, underlining even more the "blast from the past" note of the whole gadget. What's even cooler than everything so far is the WiFi capability embedded within the Alhambra, giving you even more freedom to enjoy music and satellite broadcasts in your home or office, while at the same time providing more freedom when it comes to the setting of the room.

No news on availability yet, but we'd definitely love to see Carlos Torres' Alhambra satellite WiFi radio around in stores.
