Alex Ferguson Wants England to Lose

It seems that Sir Alex Ferguson is really mad at the Football Association (FA). Not only that he is totally against Wayne Rooney playing for England
in this year's edition of the World Cup, but he also wants Sven Goran Eriksson's team to lose their second round match against Trinidad & Tobago.

If you're wondering how the British media managed to get a hold of that information, you just have to look at T&T's starting squad.

There, you will find one of Manchester United most prolific strikers, Dwight Yorke. The former pupil of Ferguson said that everybody in Scotland, including Fergie, has asked him and his team to beat the hell out of England at the Franken Stadium.

"Everyone from Scotland, including Sir Alex, has made it clear they want us to do well against England. If we do well, I'm sure Sir Alex will be on the phone the next day. We never thought we'd be playing against England in a million years in a World Cup. I can't thank Sir Alex and his staff enough. They made me feel as if I was one of their players again. They got me in good nick for this competition", said the now-midfielder of Trinidad & Tobago.

He continued, saying that the match against England will be his most important in terms of international encounters. As for the first round, he said that: "I've spoken to Gary and Rio as well. The feeling amongst everyone else is great. It's just a bit of banter really. I wished them the best against Paraguay and they wished us the same back".

The England - Trinidad & Tobago match will take place in Nurnberg, on the 15th of June, starting 18.00 CET.
