Alec Baldwin still fights with his ex- wife Kim Basinger over the custody of their child. The things got ugly after Baldwin called the police this week, for Besinger refused to return their daughter.
The "Aviator" actor attempted to exercise his visitations rights over the weekend, but when he arrived at the appointed time, he found the house empty, reports the Tuesday, Sept. 27 edition of "Extra."
Just before the incident, Baldwin filled the legal paper to demand more privileges, declaring :"I believe the child lives in a constant state of tension wherein she must never display or divulge her true feelings for her father because of the mother's all-consuming and bitter feelings toward me."
Alec Baldwin was married to actress Kim Basinger from 1993 to 2002. They were the subjects of much media attention for the bitter divorce and custody fight for their daughter, after accusations that Baldwin was an abusive husband.
