A Windows Phone 7.5 device for budget-conscious users

One Touch View, Alcatel’s first Windows Phone-based smartphone has just got a new video commercial for users in Russia, bringing to the front some of the main features and capabilities of the device.

The smartphone runs under Microsoft’s older Windows Phone 7.5 operating system, while featuring a 1GHz processor inside, along with 512 MB of RAM.

Furthermore, the Alcatel One Touch View features a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) touchscreen display, as well as 4GB of internal memory, and a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, paired with a front camera for making video calls.
