Remedy Entertainment has just posted the official details about the Alan Wake Collector’s Edition that will appear for the PC platform at the beginning of next month.

After delighting Xbox 360 owners with its unique story and intense gameplay, Alan Wake is finally making its debut this week onto the PC through the Steam digital distribution service.

Those who favor a retail version will have to wait until March 2, when the game, together with a Collector’s Edition, will be released.

The contents of both versions have now been revealed, via Collectorsedition.org, and they’re quite impressive, especially if you’re a fan of the series.

The Alan Wake Standard Edition includes the actual game, as well as a bonus disc with a soundtrack, six postcards, a manual, a poster and seven stickers.

The Alan Wake Collector’s edition brings together the actual game, a soundtrack disc, as well as a bonus disc with a making of documentary and a storyboard trailer. Besides the aforementioned six postcards, manual, poster and seven stickers, fans also receive a 144-page book called the Alan Wake Files, written by fictitious author Clay Steward.

The standard retail edition of Alan Wake for the PC costs $30/€30, while the Collector’s Edition costs just $5 or €5 more, so it’s definitely worth investing in it if you’re a fan of the game and want some extra goodies.
