After two weeks from her separation from Arpad Busson, Elle Macpherson might no longer be single.
Although Elle declared she has been strongy afftected with their split-up, she has been spotted in the company of the notorious Hollywood bachelor, actor Al Pacino.

According to Daily Telegraph, the two shared an intimate romantic dinner at Il Sole restaurant in LA last week.

Al Pacino, the Taurus born with the moon in Sagittarius, one of the greatest actors in the film history, has never been married, while his younger colleague Eleanor Grow - Elle Macpherson's real name, was married to Gilles Bensimon and engaged to Eric Mill.

Former model Elle Macpherson first appeared in Woody Allen's film "Alice" (1990), and then decided to turn her entire attention to an acting carrer. In 1994 she appeared in "Sirens", and in 1996 hit the jackpot with Franco Zeffirelli's 1996 remake of the gothic romance Jane Eyre. "Acting is an enormous release for me creatively and emotionally" the former Victoria Secret model declared.

Macpherson wanted to fulfil her ego as a business woman as well, so she became chair of the Australia-based lingerie label Elle Macpherson Intimates, a business worth & 10 million. Joel Schumacher has distributed the auburn-haired actress in his 1997 Batman and Robin, and Lee Tamahori chose her to play the part of both Anthony Hopkins and Alec Baldwin's love interest in "The Edge".


The 65-year-old actor who thinks "man is a little bit better than his reputation, and a little bit worse", Alfredo Pacino (his real name) has a daughter with Jan Tarrant, and is the father of twins Anton and Olivia with actress Beverly D'Angelo.

He won his first award with "The Indian Wants the Bronx" in 1967, followed by a Tony Award for "Does the Tiger Wear a Necktie?".

Pacino's part of Michael Corleone in "The Godfather" (1972) was the best choice of the director Francis Ford Coppola, who trusted the unknown actor. His interpretation was a career-making hit, that earned him his first Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor. Afterwards, he has been nominated three consecutive years for the "Best Actor" Academy Award.

But Al Pacino had to face awful reviews as well for his choice to play in Revolution (1985). He got ill with pneumonia during the shootings and had to stay away from the studios for the next four years.

Along with "Scent of a Woman" (1992) came his Academy Award for Best Actor for his amazing performance in Scent of a Woman (1992).
He also worked as a director for "Looking for Richard' (1996), "City Hall" (1996), "Donnie Brasco" (1997), and "Devil's Advocate". In 1997 Pacino received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The actor's current salary as of 2002 has been over $10 million for a picture.
