It's only seven years late to the party, but it's better late than never

Airline Tycoon Deluxe, a game developed by Spellbound and made available for the Linux platform by Runesoft, has landed in Ubuntu Software Center.

Airline Tycoon Deluxe is an economy simulation proceeding in real time, in which the user is assigned the complete responsibility of an airline.

Even if the game is a tongue-in-cheek version of a real simulator, the tasks set for the player are quite serious.

The user will have to find the most profitable charter flights, use the airplanes to capacity, and generally earn enough money in order to keep the company afloat.

The game was ported on the Linux platform by Runesoft and launched seven years ago, but now it's also available in Ubuntu Software Center, at a very steep price, considering its age.

More details about Airline Tycoon Deluxe can be found on the official Ubuntu Software Center app directory.
