An open letter addressed to the LIAT airline has gone viral since catching the attention of Virgin Airlines CEO Richard Branson.

Branson has reposted the incredibly dry, sarcastic complaint to the airline on his own blog. The note was originally written by a passenger traveling to the Caribbean who was forced to change planes six times and go through security every single time.

By the time he made it to his destination, he missed his ferry. LIAT also lost his luggage amid all the aircraft changes.

"It is important to take customer feedback on board in order to improve - and also to be able to laugh at yourself," Branson tells LIAT officials.

However, he does take a stab at them, hinting at the poor quality of the services they are offering their clients.

"I guess this is why LIAT is reputed to stand for Languishing In Airport Terminals!" he writes, according to a report by K Pop Starz.
