AirLive has just introduced three new wireless products dedicated to HDTV users, that wirelessly stream content from the Internet via the personal computer. The so-called "wireless multimedia server" is in fact a wireless router that can be attached to the high-definition TV and removes the need of cabled infrastructures.

The three devices are capable of delivering the same basic features, except for the fact that they are targeted at different markets, ranging from home networking to the enterprise level.

The AirLive AirMedia -3000 Wireless Multimedia server can be attached to the HDTV set and allows users to stream multimedia content from the personal computer, even when it is located into another room. It can stream a plethora of multimedia formats, including flash video streams, that are so popular with websites such as Youtube or Metacafe. Moreover, it comes with a remote control, that lets users control their PC wirelessly.

The AirMedia 3000 comes with a zoom function, which lets users to stretch the video into full screen mode, but there won't be any improvements in the image quality.

The AirLive WIAS-1200G Wireless Hotspot Gateway meets more than home users' needs and is an excellent solution for covering hotels, coffee-shops and restaurants with wireless signal. The hotspot version is a cost-effective solution that allows customers to surf the web while having a coffee or meeting for a business diner.

The AirLive WLA-9000AP is a high-power, multiple-mode wireless access point that can use both the 2.4 and the 5 GHz wireless spectrum, while providing 14 different wireless modes. This cost-effective solution is suitable for building both indoor and outdoor wireless networks. When used outdoors, the device can be paired with the AirLive WHA-5500CPE high-power multiple-mode wireless PTP/PTM outdoor CPE solution that extends the wireless signal on the 5 GHz spectrum over distances of 5 Km.
