Avatron Software has released Air Display 2.0.2, a much improved version of the company’s wireless display solution for desktop users looking to leverage an iPad’s screen for additional workspace.

Version 2.0.2 of the utility promises to offer faster rendering performance across all supported devices. On those units which pack A7 chips (iPhone 5s, iPad mini with Retina Display, and iPad Air) Air Display 2 takes advantage of the 64-bit architecture and OpenGL ES 3 for even faster rendering.

Avatron adds, “As always, this update is chock full of bug fixes and minor tweaks.”

A lot of system requirements must be met before you start using Air Display, and you should also note that it’ll set you back $9.99/€8.99. When you’re ready, use this link to Download Air Display 2 and turn your iDevice into a secondary desktop display today.
