NCsoft has announced what players are set to receive if they plan on getting the Limited Collector's Edition version of its upcoming MMO, Aion. The game will be coming to the West sometime in fall after already attracting a lot of interest from gamers in Korea, where it is playable at the moment. Aion tells the story of two races that hate each other, the Elyos and the Asmodian, who are forced to band together in order to take on the Balaur, an enemy that threats the existence of both.

NCsoft is saying that the Limited Collector's Edition is packed with goodies. The main attraction for gamers is a figurine of Aiva, a Daeva from the Asmodian race. The figurine is 16.5 cm big and has both detachable wings and a removable axe. It will make a nice addition to the desk of any hardcore MMO player.

In addition to Aiva, those who buy the Collector's Edition will also get access to some in game items that will greatly enhance their experience of Aion. Players get the Black Cloud Wings, offering more flight time, the Black Cloud Earrings, which give more mana and health, and a new title that boosts abilities. There are also two new character animations and a fresh dye that can be used to color the equipment of the player.

The Collector's Edition also contains two posters showing the home regions for the playable races. There is also a disk with the soundtrack of the game, two DVDs containing the Aion client, the manual and a quick reference card. The Limited Collector's Edition should be sold for the price of 54.99 dollars, including 30 days of playtime in Aion.

NCsoft is saying that the regular edition of the MMO will cost 34.99 dollars. Extending the subscription for another thirty days should cost 8.99. According to the developer, pre-orders for Aion will begin on June 6.
