Rising AntiSpyware software is a famous anti-spyware software in China, lots of Chinese users are using it. Kaspersky is also used widely in China. So many Kaspersky users who are also Rising users, have meet this problem," The Chinese Internet Security Response Team sustained in a message posted on their page.

At this time, Kaspersky Lab fixed the problem so there is no reason to worry that your antivirus might flag some clean files as dangerous.
