There can never be too many cheap 4G smartphones available on the market, so one more won’t hurt anyone.

It looks like Sprint is about to add another affordable LTE-enabled Android phone to its portfolio, the Force.

According to Engadget, Sprint Force is manufactured by ZTE and is likely to go on sale on March 1 for only $50/€40 with new two-year agreements.

Specs-wise, ZTE Force ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and will pack a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor.

Furthermore, the smartphone is said to pack a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display with Corning Gorilla Glass coating, as well as 1GB of RAM and 4GB of ROM.

The Force will be powered by a 1750 mAh Li-Ion battery and will sport a 5-megapixel rear photo snapper and a secondary 1-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.
